Da un po' di tempo mi pare che spostando un Indice (e lasciando il redirect), questo continui a funzionare, anche se il nome del file è diverso. Comunque conviene chiedere la rinomina del file anche su Commons. Poi per me è indifferente usare il modello francese o un altro, basta che sia un titolo leggibile e possibilmente non ambiguo (es. se ci sono più opere con quel titolo, meglio mettere anche l'autore; e se ci sono più edizioni meglio mettere l'anno) [[User:Candalua|Candalùa]] ([[User talk:Candalua|disc.]]) 15:21, 20 ott 2014 (CEST)
